Is there any place where i'll be more likely to find him?

I found the DfM Pteri in the gift shop on V-Day, but I'd love to have the black Pteri.

I think you'd just have to do things like NQ or pyramids to increase the number of REs.

He's really rare. I finally got him today when I was on the shops page. I don't think he appears any one place more often, unfortunately.
