It seems that all items R85-89 now restock at 2500 NPs, regardless of "estimated value."

I am unsure whether this extends all the way down to R80.

EDIT: A further change noticed: R95+ items now restock at a minimum of 10k.

Well, for the items where there's a demand, it's not a big deal.

But not all R90+ items are unbuyable. Many only sell for a pittance of what you'd expect, because of giveaways, crackers, scratchcards, faerie prizes, et cetera.

Darn, I don't like that...now RS costs more and you get less profit, although this may cause the price of some items to rise  Just what we need, higher prices :(

Actually, I don't think it will affect prices in the free market too much, since those are set by demand and rarity much more than initial purchase price.

Yes but...say Item A is in a constant demand and is only being aquired though RSing. The ussual RS price is 5000np and it sells in user shops for 7000np. Now the demand is still the same but you are paying 10000np a RS for it, therefore forceing the user shop price to go up too. Now this will only be the case with itmes that have a constant, even demande.

I don't really mind it that much. It helps differentiate the good stuff from the bad stuff. ;)

Actually, I don't see the problem in this. I mean, sure there are a lot of people who mistakenly buy that 5000np item because it looks rare, only to find that it's worth a good 1500np

So this'll add more challenge to the RS game :P Besides, gamers were complaining thouroughly that RSers get the better deal, so this is a little way to give RSers a little handicap so that it's not such a money maker (although an extra 5k makes little difference to the professional RSers nonetheless).

Actually professional RS'ers wouldn't mind at all since they are the ones who get those unbuyables and a slight increment in the shop price is insignificant.

Yeah, thats I meant :P The only people this'll hurt are beginning RSers, or the ones that don't concentrate on buying UBs. But even then, it won't be too bad.

Actually, the price increase is not so bad, because generally the more expensive a shop item is, the smaller the number of people in a shop who are capable of competing for it. It's not hard to get, say, a Glowing Cauldron, because there are far fewer people in the shop capable of affording it in the first place. Compare that with, say, a Lemon Chia Treat. Even a trained monkey has a shot at that.

EDIT: There's a functional lower limit of probably about 8-10k on this theory. Just so ya know.
