Does anyone know when any particular shop restocks? Like what second on the minute?

Hmm. 9-11, eh? From what I've just seen, coin is about :23, so perhaps we could get a formula from this.

37/11 = 3.32
68/23 = 2.9

Rough estimates without a calculator. So from what I gather, we could say it's the number of the shop divided by three plus or minus half a second.

The shops restock by shop number within roughly a half second of each other. Food shop is no.1, book shop is no.2 etc.

But yesterday the gift shop was stocking between on the minute and about 3 seconds past... I think. The neopets clock seems to de-synch on my computer sometimes.

I don't think there is. From my experience, the shops stock in groups, and those groups stock in a range of times.

If they're later, it's usually because of high drain on the servers.

But the lower a shop's number (food 1, magic 2, toy 3, et cetera), the earlier its group stocks. I'm not altogether sure what the groupings are, but I know that chocolate is in a separate group from food and toy, and that stamps are in a separate group from chocolate, and so on.
