Like, what day is it going to be? Like, today's random theme is the Snicklebeast. What will it be?

I don't think anyone knows, other than the staff. Unless it's a planned holiday (like a pet day or something), they don't tell us ahead of time. It's meant to be a surprise. :)

Random themes are only done on Wednesdays. Today's news hasn't been updated yet (it probably will be in a couple of hours though). Other than Wednesdays, themed days are done only on special days (See the Neopian Calendar for a full list: http://www.neopets.com/calendar.phtml ).
Today will be a regular day with no specific theme, Lenny day will be celebrated tomorrow (because it falls on a weekend) and Valentine's Day will be done on Monday.

ahh, cuz my friend told me snickleday was gonna happen, and huggy day was gonna happen. and he told me he got it from the PPT forums. He made me even more rich than what i was with both of those knowings.

I think what you're looking for is the unreleased items thread at the top of the General Chat forum. Sometimes people find new items and other pictures on the servers before they're released, and they post them here on PPT.

If you see something is getting a lot of items - say a bunch of new Snicklebeast items show up - then it's a pretty safe guess that there might be a Snicklebeast day in the works.
