New Bug Submission Forms

I just went to submit a bug report and was suprised to find a new looking way of submitting bugs. Is this new or has it always been like this:

It says it's in beta mode so I can only suppose it got installed recently. It seems like they are trying to minimize the bug submissions they get.

I'm pretty sure its new. Maybe with this they'll be actually reading/replying to them?

I coulda sworn that this was available earlier only to beta testers or premium members or something like that. I think that its great that they have things seperated the way they do. Great job team!

Wow, I am looking through all of the different options and have actually learned something. Apparently, it is a freezable offence to put a fake random event into your shop!

Also, I was suprised that they actually posted the times when the Snowager is sleeping. (http://www.neopets.com/s/index.phtml?tr ... int_id=101)

Neo is getting more strict about stuff. I've heard rumors about not being allowed to code your userlookup. I know that fake RE are annoying, but they don't cause any harm, some are kind of funny, like those that are advertising a guild or something.

I do like the new bug reporting page. It's probably a good thing there is a section for reporting banner ads.

i find it funny how they froze SO many people for having their look-up decorated and yet now they have a spotlight for it.

Hehe, I think a person got frozen for saying: What came first? The Pteri or the Egg? On their lookup.

Anywho, yeah, good thing they have a banner reporting section there!

I thought they froze people for covering the basic information that's on everyone's lookup.

almost everybody said that none of their basic info was covered, exept maybe the sidebar, wich you really can't hold against them becuase neo changes it constantly.

Heh.. kinda funny that TNT actually has something about transfering pets.. but yet at the pound it says you shouldnt transfer.. xD

Hmm, I'll have to go have a look at this new page. It sounds like they're listing things that should be in the T&C where people can see them, not this not knowing unless they go to type out a bug report.

Anyway, fake RE's have been against the rules for awhile now, people have had their lookups, shops, pet descriptions reported and at the very least cleared.

Lookups? I thought that it was only covering your user stats or trying to make yourself look like staff (which I've seen people try) or something inappropriate that would get your lookup cleared and/or warned or frozen. They did that with pet descriptions too, because people were covering their pet's real stats with fake ones.

The sidebar thing I'm totally clueless about. The only thing I'd heard was that all the navigation links had to work. Is there something going on with sidebars other than that?
