When you change your password, you now see the mySQL query used to update your password! Obviously for debugging purposes.
UPDATE personal SET name='ccy', sex='M', country='US' WHERE username='ccy111'
Peter the Chia Security Expert says 'Your Password has been Changed!'
Remember to change your password at regular intervals to stop people trying to hack into your account. Also, when choosing a password do not use a dictionary word, or something obvious such as 'password' or 'happy' as these are the first words a hacker will try.
