When you send the neopets team emails via the "contact us" link do they actually reply? and if so how long does it usually take? as my account got frozen due to no fault of my own and am desperate to get it back...someone help?

Well, some email providers won't receive emails from Neopets - roadrunner for instance, and I've had problems with Gmail.

Hotmail *should* be OK, but they do have a tendency to put Neopets email in the Junk Mail folder, have you checked that?

When did you send it? I had to wait about a month for an automated response. Right now I'm *crosses fingers* waiting on a response that i can actually respond to.

Does Netscape Mail support Neopets mail? And I'm sending my paper letter again- to what address should I send it? I sent it to one I found in the "search forums" here, but have still gotten no response since I was frozen in November.
