*points to title* I'm thinking of entering the site spotlight *laughs*haha, like I'll win*laughs* and I wanna add a Naruto background to the page. I'm just wondering if it's against Neopets rules(I dunno why it'll be) or if it's uhh yeah. XP Oh and if I have a non-neopets related bg, will it decrease my chances of getting in...?

I dont see why Naruto is not allowed, well, as long as it isnt one of those bloody scenes. X\ Anywho, I see Anime backgrounds all the time. (although in user lookups, not in site spotlights, but I hardly ever visit those.)

But I DO think your site has to be somewhat related to Neopets, if it is, then I dont think a Naruto background would make too much sense. O.o

I don't think you're not allowed to have a Naruto bg on your pet's site, but I do know that your chances of winning a spotlight are incredibly reduced if you have a non-neopet bg/theme. I don't think you can win a spotlight contest at all with non-neopet stuff on the page.
