Inconsiderate Neoboard Scrooges!

In more than one Neoboard, I've seen cruel people telling little kids that Santa's not real, just to be mean and make them feel bad. Is this reportable or SOMETHING? This is just heinous. They're being horrible and ruining the magic of Christmas for those who believe what they say, and it just isn't right. What can be done about this?

I hate people like that! I don't think you could report for it, sadly. Because what they're saying is sorta true because Santa isn't real to them... Santa is in your heart...

I'm watching RIGHT NOW as some poor kid is getting bombarded by mean people saying Santa's not real! He's only 10 years old!
I'm doing my best to help him out.

if you're gonna confront them though, don't be too mean, it's better to report them and leave a subtle message than incite a flame war that will get you frozen.

Aww, thats just mean... that would ruin Christmas for people saying things like that!! Thats horrible..... especially since he still brings us presents, and we all know that he actually is real, right? I *heart* santa... anybody who says any different is a scrooge.... i cant stand those neoboard people who say things like that... i say report them! I think TNT would side with us on an issue like that... i guess they arent violating terms, but maybe the mods would send them a message or warning anyway or something... i know im reporting them!

Hey, some people enjoy causing pain to others. They're what we call "bullies."
There are also other words, but most of them will get me banned for life.
Anyway, not much you can do about it. Reporting won't do any good, because it's not something that could potentially endanger a member or his or her account, nor is it harassment, nor is it lying.
If you must talk to the person, just politely ask them why they're doing that. Remember - it's a person's parents' decision to tell them about Santa Claus, not a Neopets member's.

Aww, thats horrible. 
That isn't nice or right for them to do. I hate it when people insist upon trying to convince people things like Santa isn't real, especially if they are young kids who truly believe, no one should purposely try to make them not believe in Santa.
Of course my parent's haven't ever tried to tell me Santa doesn't exist (I'm 17 by the way) because he does exist

I don't think it's freezable-- if the kid is only 10, he shouldn't be on the neoboards. Don't you have to be 13 to post there? This is a good example of why young children shouldn't have access to the chat.
(Though I do think it's pretty terrible of people to do that to the poor kid)
