I need a lab ray!

First of all I am not begging or asking for a lab map so DON'T lock the topic. I just need some of the best strategys for getting a lab map.

Earn enough nps by playing games, doing freebies, restocking, and/or reselling to buy one piece at a time. Sooner or later, you will have all 9.

Also, don't buy all 9 in one shop, you'll more often than not get ripped off. Be sure to shop around. And be careful you don't accidently buy the same piece more than once - that can hurt. But yeah, earning the money for one piece at a time is the easiest way. That's what I'm doing.

To get a lot of NP for a map, just sit down and play LOTS AND LOTS of games. Seriously, that's what I did. You don't realize it but you get most of your NP from games. No matter how boring they are.
Check the trades often. Sometimes someone will let some map pieces go for pretty cheap.
Check the auctions, but I find those harder to use than trades. In auctions you get beaten most of the time, but check anyway.
And even check the PPT billboard from time to time. We advertise a lot of rare items there.

I remember hearing it works in the battledome, and is breakable. You can zap your opponent's pet with it. The normal lab ray is more realiable since it doesn't break.

It's a battledome item that's one time use and it's only useable on your opponants. It's really not a very good deal; it's actually quite a rip off.

It's a cove item so it's incredibly rare, only works in 2-player Battledome and can break.

It is NOT one use.
It's around 7 million, and it's Fragile.

Don't get it unless you have quite a bit of money to blow.

If 6k is a lot for you, then you need to realize that those "rare" items you mentioned just say rare, and are really not rare at all.....
