How do I know that I got the prize? I've been waiting after he said processing. I got nothing so far, does it have to be an item? Or can it be some neopoints?

It could have been either. Maybe it did not finish processing.

I have the same problem. Except I've tried it 5 times, and it still brought up an error! I swear, if this happens again...No more Neopets for me

same thing was happening to me earlier but its working fine now.
after it processes it will say if it is a valid code then open up one prize you have to choose to claim it or not, then if you chose not to you go to the second one and if you choose not to for the firs ttwo you hav eto choose the third. i won and unbuyable meridell card and an air faerie snowglobe and other random things hehe

i had an unworking codeand used there feedback form sending them the code that didnt work and they sent me a working one
