I was just playing Neopets, when suddently my internet was slow (it happens pretty often, I just open my windows again). I wanted to check a neomail I got (I hovered above it and saw it was from a member from my guild), but I closed all the windows first and opened them again. When I opened Neopets again, I noticed I wasn't logged in. I was worried for a moment, but went to log in. Suddently, when I log in...

I am SO mad. I think I've only gotten one warning ever (if at all) and that was 2 months ago or something like that. Not to mention that until half a year passes and Neopets will remember to unfreeze me, I will most likely lose my 500k+ AND my guild members will all leave because the guild is new and everyone is still on the first rank so there will be caos and all the hard worked (hard working for me to get them to join) members will leave! I didn't do anything wrong lately, just went to the chat, advertised the guild and that's it! Didn't get warnings.... I barely even DID anything! I already emailed them using the automatic form thing, but who knows how long it'll take them to answer!

That is sad. I hope you get your account back.

I could stop all the ruckus in your guild if you want to.

Is it just me of does it seem like alot of people have been frozen as of late? I'm not just seeing it here, seeing it on Neochat as well.

That sounds awful, Im really sorry you have been frozen for nothing. Write to them straight away if you havent already and keep bugging them about it. Hopefully they will realise it was just a mistake and unfreeze you quickly, fingers crossed for you!

Argh, I didn't get even one warning and I didn't do anything wrong. Anyway, thanks for the support, I sent them immedietly after I was frozen an email with alot of proof using that form thing... I don't think I'll get an email back for a few weeks or month, though.

as a total, i have probably gotten about ten warnings in my 3 years on.. XD but about half of them were false, at at the very beginning of my start, and im not frozen.. im not sure how one warning would trigger the freeze ray >.<

Pimboli, it's almost becoming common to be frozen for "continuing to break the rules even after a warning was given" after only one or like in this case, no warning. Seems if you get a second warning for the same "offence" you're iced. Happened to one person here and a few people I know from my guild.

I don't know if there's a new monitor (or monitorS) on the site or if someone dislikes the holidays as much as I do (can make a person verrrry touchy), but there just have been ALOT of one warning/no warning freezes and in general, it seems like more than I'm used to seeing freezings.

You said you were warned before, what was it for?

I'm not sure. -blink- I think it was for something with doing the daily giveaway or using css in a layout in the last guild I was in. My current guild has none of them.

Anyway, I emailed Will too. I hope it'll help.

First step:

Mail that frozen thing giving as many details as you can to initially prove it's your account (Otherwise, they won't answer at all)

Then in your email, just simply ask what was the reason they frozen your account. As them to quote if applicable what you said.

Then go from there. If they made a mistake they may sort it out. You can but try....
