I do not think so ! Where is neo admins ? Help us , plz !

My user is saovn (my old user is dom_vn .) My Friend user is samoros . We are friend , very friendly . Two month ago , my friend user has been frozen for reason : " Scam many users for neopoints or iteams or pet or all these reason ." . He has got many post to neo admins for unfrozen , because he is not cheat , not scam . His old user is black_universe and he has got to borrow of mine alot of neopoints for Meridell war . My friend scam me ? Hix hix . It is not trush . But he has got 0 reply from neo admins .
Now , my user has been frozen for reason :" Cheating of flash game ." But i am not cheat . I was to play with my hands . Only one user . In the Chia bomber i got a highest points (22,000 points) . But not cheat . Where is neo admins ? Who can help me ?
We are VietNamese . English language is hard for us because we have not stydy . There is only a game , we never make us bad with a game for recreate . We are students . I hope this problem is a mistake of neo admin . And i hope my friend will wrong when he think : " VietNamese have not any zone in the neopets page ." VietNamese re not bad .

Aww, I feel so bad for you.

So many people have been frozen for things they did not do. It's ridiculous. I wish you the best in luck in getting your accounts back. Just keep mailing the support team and don't let up. That's what I'd advise.

I'm really sorry, the best thing you could do right now is keep sending the neopets team emails and hope for the best. You can also try to sending them a real letter by postoffice, I know it will take long and it may not be possible where you live, but it is one of the only things that can make the neopets team lisen to you and unfreeze you. Just make sure you include all the details. Good luck on getting your account back.

I'm sorry to hear this.A lot of wrong freezings have been happening on Neopets lately.To contact them about a frozen account use this

Can you unfrozen me ? No thing happened , i got a highest points in chia bomber game ( last month is 18,000 points . This month is 22,000 points .) I think have got some mistake from neo admins .

Gome , this is my old user in ppt forum . I never break neo rules . I'd like play game on free time . I'd like make friend and i ve got som tips for neopets game . My free time is short , i can play with all mini games in this page . But i am only chose a Chia Bomber game . I did not see any neo rule write about this problem which got a highest scores game .

I've heard several people say this has happened to them. You are not the only one. You should keep trying to contact the Neopets Team, make sure you fill out the frozen account form, and if you haven't heard from anyone in a week or two, write them a letter and send it through regular mail.

If you keep sending messages to the Team you should be able to get your account back. And don't worry, they did NOT freeze you because of where you're from. They froze you because of a glitch in Neopets, and it of course is not your fault.

Yea, thats what happened to my friend, tigersalh, I still do not know why, of course I only know him over the internet. So I am really not sure, I need him to contact me.

They froze my 'Fiddelysquat' account because I gave items to a friend. If you start a new account, tell us it's name so we can send you items and Neopoints to help you.
