However I've been assuming that the puzzle is the Guildmaster's dinner (we were never led to believe that this would be like the Mystery Island or Ursurper-like puzzle, it was just assumed). If it was gradual updating like the Gadsgabogen puzzle, an outage wouldn't be needed to add clues in my opinion.

there's someone in the neopets office now (i just got 2 emails from darcy in TNT), so hopefully it'll be back up again soon...
It seems to me that bandwidth usage was probably a big issue yesterday, as someone's previously stated. With random events as common as they were, people were putting rocks, D-cell batteries, even -eggs- on their F5 buttons and going to watch a movie. There are some browsers that even have an auto-refresh option on them that people have left going all night. One thing that I don't understand, though, is why bandwidth usage would suddenly cause the site to go DFM early in the morning today, as opposed to late at night last night.

What would this browser be? I do like refreshing for periods of time sometimes in hopes of just getting something, and with DSL it doesn't work for me anymore, so would this work for DSL folk?

I'd rather not say, as it'd be encouraging people to 'cheat.' Neopets considers use of this browser function to be in violation of their terms of use. Using it will inevitably get you frozen for utilizing a 'cheat or cheat program.'
I have done some research!
