I got it when I loaded a page at 11.59pm, right on the second, I think. For those who didn't get the halloween sidebar, maybe TNT will give you all another chance, like for example visiting the haunted woods on 12am NST or halloween next year or something like that.
Look on the bright side... the yellow bar loads faster.And there are most likely other new bars coming which you may like better than the haunted one.

On the other hand, Qanda, I completely agree with things loading faster with the yellow bar -- even on this computer. It was soooooo slow yesterday, even games seemed to slow down. If I had the HW toolbar anywhere I'd only want it on my gallery account anyway - I don't go there for long and it is all "spooky" themed. Especially since we can't have our own custom sidebars anymore:(

This sucks. Usually I'm online at that time... but last night my mother in law decided to have emergency surgery (she's fine btw). Grrr.

This is really sad... guess it's probably every Halloween. Or it could be everyday...(I hope.) Oh well. I can't stay until 12 unless it's Winter Break so I'm kinda upset.

Yes, this does stink very much. I have the flu and conked out at 11 pm here (I'm in EST). I was really really really hoping to get all (or at least MOST) of the toolbars . . .
Hopefully we can try again tonight, as those in the United States are most likely off of school/work, whatever. (For the election, of course)

*severely hates Los Angeles school system*
With year-round schedule, we get almost no days off though, so I suppose it shouldn't be much of a surprise.

I believe it was just last night. I refreshed 6 different pages at 11:59-12:00 and didn't get the toolbar. Which is a pain, because the yellow gives me mondo headaches.
...though I can't say I'm surprised... making things unfair for users is probably something that gives some people kicks... If all the toolbars are like this, then they can forget it. It's just not worth it.

Agreed. I thought it was a great idea, and I loved the toolbar, but I'm really annoyed that I can't use it anymore.

Im pretty sure they will let other people get it soon in a different way, or release another one. It seems very unfair that you only had a minute in which you could get it, especially considering the time was unsociable to say the least to most of the users of neo. Hopefully the other toolbars will be released soon and they wont be quite so hard to get!

No no no. Some toolbars will be random, some will be based on the time of day, some will be based on time spent on the site, some will be based on age of account, and some will be based on how much NP you have.

I really liked the halloween toolbar, but I couldn't get it because I was working Halloween night (I work overnights, and midnight NST is 4 a.m. here). It does seem unfair... I wish there was some other way to get it, like by beating Edna or Count Von Roo in the battledome, or visiting a certain page at midnight NST any day, or winning a game or something. It just seems really unfair that the very first custom toolbar isn't accessible to everyone. It's the first one!
