Why does almost every single pet/petpet painted Halloween have to look like a devil? Not only is it repetitive, I also find it somewhat offensive.

As others have said. How can it be taken offensively? Is it because it's a stereotype of the Devil? Or is it because it's mention as 'evil' in the Holy Books. If that's the case than Angels should be taken out as well.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. I didn't mean to start a fight or anything. I simply said that I found it somewhat offensive that a lot of Halloween pets/petpets were wearing devil costumes, nothing more.

Yeah, I think you guys need to get off her back...

I don't see why Angels "should" be taken out of The Bible, but I want this to just drop, all the more I wanna talk my mouth off about this.

Now, on the topic of unreleased things, that Grey Krawk looks sort of odd with the little bit of hair it has.. kind of like a tiny little ponytail. :P

Question. Is it just me, or did they release SO much more Halloween stuff lastyear, and a lot sooner that Halloween, too? Or maybe.. I'm just not with it?

Last year, the first Halloween pet, the Halloween Kiko, came out at the beginning of October. I am quite disappointed that they are neglecting halloween this year. It's one of the best holidays on the site! Last year, it was around 1 halloween and ghost pet a week a few halloween and ghost petpets a week as well. I hope they make up for it this week!

Maybe they're still busy with the HAIC plot. I mean they haven't even told us what the symol hole is! (whether or not it has to do with the plot). It would be a shame to skip halloween though.

THEY ARE NOT DELETING HALLOWEEN

Its on the calender, and its in the art gallery submissions page. The drop-down adds all upcoming events

I predict the Halloween Sidebar theme comes out then.

Until then

I'm really sad to say that is actaully one of the best korbat colors I have seen. Not as good as Plushie, but up there.

Meh...Korbat day is really making me choose to make my pet a Bori over a Korbat now. I hate their fat bodies and big foreheads. >_< ...and I love bats.

Image

HAH! The snot-shooting, while low-brow, makes it one of the more interesting snot pets (though the poogle is still the best drawn)

All the neopets halloweens so far:

2000 - debut of the haunted woods, halloween p/b, petpets, etc.
2001 - just a couple of new petpets, pets and items. Rather blah.
2002 - fairground, ghost paintbrush, tons of halloween neopets revamped for the better
2003 - trick-or-treating, one or two new halloween neopets, lots of new/revamped petpets.

2004 - just four unreleased, unremarkable petpets and only five days left until halloween...

I am quite disappointed, esspecially because halloween night is my birthday.

Ah, I never check the beta thread. I was wondering where that person on the neoboards had gotten that information.

I CANT SEE IT!!!

Well, it reminds me of Harry Potter. In the book a girl named Ginny can do this Hex where giant bat shaped flying boogers fly at you.

I've never thought of that before.

Now whenever I re-read that part, I'll be thinking of you and snot Korbats. :roflol:
