Another question: now that I've made it to the last part a few times (I'm slowly getting a handle on the helmet/shield in ICM), how do you handle the pile of stuff on top of a crate? I know the skeith is shield and the other pet is helmet, but this doesn't look like either -- it doesn't look like barbs, either, but I've now died twice when I hit it. Do I need to have bubble, helmet, or shield activated (I'm pretty sure I had shield once and helmet once, but still died)? Or just suck it up and lose a life? Roothless is ruthless -- I wish you could at least practice the one part you're having trouble with, instead of having to repeatedly go through all the crap just to get there.

I'm so confused, and I can't read the instructions because of the stupid font they used. I want to use the keyboard instead of the mouse, does anyone know what keys do what? That should also help with the accidental clicking of send score, I once accidentally restarted the game, which is really worrying.

Also, beat the Ice Cream Machine challenge, 7500 is a joke.

Phlame, you're probably not being caught; you're probably dying on an almost invisible trap. But to increase your distance from the guard, roll as often as you can, and avoid super-jumps unless they're needed.

Metalmario, it's X-N in order (so shovel=X, bubble=C, spring=V, helmet=B, and shield=N).

The bubble should work.

I'm actually enjoying this game. I missed the helmet in the dom level, but managed to finish the level by jumping over the falling blocks with the spring. Of course I got hit with the first flying ice cream...lol

Yep.

Got it myself just a moment ago. It was hard at first, but after a few tries it actually got quite enjoyable. Still wondering why it wasn't harder than that though... I mean, comparing to Kiko Match II or similar. Oh well *shrugs*

Oh my god.....I thought the lag on the other Daily Dare games was terrible. It's like AAA and Abigail are taking a stroll down the beach instead of running away from a guard. I hate the internets :x I'll probably have to settle for a score of not even 300.

I've given up on the Roothless Challenge for now because it's too jumpy and I keep dying right at the beginning of the last level.

Hopefully this won't affect the final outcome...

This game is quite a lot harder with AAA than Abigail. I wonder whether the prize for beating Roothless is different depending on which character you used to play.

The flying ice creams kill me. Lots. :(

Waah. I just died with a score of 4994 -- and it was on a spike where I'm supposed to use the bubble -- I had the bubble activated and kept clicking it, but somehow I still died! /whine

Seriously. I'd rather play KM2. I don't understand how some people find this easy. It's glitchy as poop.

From what I gather, winning the game AAA registers as 'defeating AAA once', and winning the game with Abigail registers as 'defeating Abigail once'' . This shows up in the tally - 'You have defeated AAA/Abgail ? times'

Level 5 - Stowaway Sting

Pass the skeith pirates using the shield, the kougra pirates with the helmet.
I've also seen someone on the Neoboards saying that the shovel can be used on the enemies, but I haven't tested it yet to see if it really does.
Again, you'll need the spring for jumping over higher columns of crates.
And apparently there are also spikes you have to use the bubble on (I haven't passed level 4 yet).

People with slow computers, take comfort. It might be boring, but at least you (presumably?) don't have the CRAZYMAD FRUSTRATION of the ice creams coming at you faster than you can possibly decide whether they're aimed at your body or your head. :x

*looks for ways to slow computer down...*
