I don't really mind getting all the junk, since it's nice to have a new daily link; not to mention at least you're guaranteed to get something, unlike tombola or snowager. But I do agree that the set prizes we got and the random daily prize still doesn't seem equal to the amount of work put into the plot. But I don't expect that Neopets will officially end the plot at some point in time and will just give us more prizes to make up for it; we have the prizes and a trophy, so it seems pretty final.
