So far I've placed one of each, working on a second scroll rack. Both my scroll racks were in the basement - I wonder if everyone's scroll racks have been asked to go in the basement?

Doubtful yet possible, I suppose. Making you travel further for the "easy" furniture.

Argh I tried to talk to the interior decorator but when I clicked on them nothing happened so i just tried to place it on the first floor and got locked out

After you've clicked on him there should be a button underneath him to talk to him.

There's a button below the pic that says talk to the interior decorator. you have to click that.

I put down a lamp I think. How do I get more things to place it won't let me back out.

Gah! getting around takes so long! But I have managed to move 16 pieces of furniture - 4 of each to keep it equal. I am fried now, but I got a second wind and decided to move as much as I could (clicking that mouse repeatedly with carpal tunnel is not recommended ) just in case it's somehow all moved by tomorrow (later today for me).

Chipper, you should get a screen with your pet saying you moved the furniture. If you did, now you have to find your way back out of the repository and click the button to exit completely.

The click 3 times on blurry to change to solid on your way out thing might be coincidence, but it sure is fun. I tried it on at least 14 spaces - all changed and were almost immediately filled.

Go back to the entrance, there's a button doesn there for u to "exit"

I did not get a message how do I know what peice I have I wan't to get kicked out so I can get some directions I don't know what I'm suppose to find.

I don't know how I got in the first time but now I know what I'm doing thanks I found where to get the furniture. Thanks for being patiant with me.

Placed my 11th piece, and I'm being told to put my 12th into the basement.

I'm sick of the basement.

I don't think there is a real way to figure out what you have. You just have to remember what you took.

You can click on any solid non-smeared place to get yelled at and have to wait for a bit ... then you can start over, knowing which item you have.

Do we have color-coded maps (which pieces go where) for any level other than the basement? that one's really helpful.
