Behold the NEW improved kougra! Its pretty good, actually!

Your right. lol, I don't know why I thought it was a bite. I guess it just looks more pronounced in the new kougra so that's why I noticed it.

This revamp is waay better than the other! I hated the other one. I do agree with TWW, neopets is getting more cutesy, but atleast they tried to redo it.

If the users of Neopets didn't want cute, they would've voted for something else. The fact that the cutest Kougra won, shows exactly what the majority (of voting users) want. So there's really no use in complaining...

It shows the PLURALITY... majority means more than 50%... :-p

It did win with a majority though. Well, if you exclude Kougra 3, which I think is a fair thing to do. I even posted this a while ago:

Kougra 2: 59,275
Kougra 4: 28,502
Kougra 1: 11,953
Kougra 6: 9,880
Kougra 5: 8,612
Kougra 3: 6,953

So, excluding the votes for number 3, who were obviously non-serious voters and who's votes would've went to other Kougras had number 3 not been there, Kougra 2 not only won, but won with a majority: Choices 1, 4, 5, and 6 had a total of 58947.

Looks like they uploaded the new ones with-out telling anyone of the changes, or annouceing it. All four original colors, in the new re-vamp. ^^;

*is excited* I'm sorry some of you don't like it! I like the cuteness. It looks more like the merchendice and the TCG cards, in my opinion.

Hmmm...I'm looking at this, and I'm kinda indifferent in opinion again. I didn't like the old Kougra but liked the #1- seeing this version's nice, but I'm really hating the inconsistent line art (and that weird anorexic and bent battling pose), and the face is a little too cute. Perhaps CrewWolf's version earlier in this thread would've been a better one, hehe.

Can somebody suggest to me a reason why the basice colour for the new kougra aren't showing for me on neocolour OR neopets? The happy pose for revamped fire kougra isn't showing either... Is it my browser or what?

They should be showing at the Rainbow Pool. If you click on a pet and it still doesn't work, refresh or clear your Temporary Internet Files.

Thanks, I'll go and clear the temp files now.... Pets(new kougras) on ppl's user lookups are still not showing for me though..

Sigh! I can't believe TNT is still sticking with that hideous aqua-blue...

Oh well, it looks much better on the new Kougra than it did on the original... or on the original revamp.


Also... I wonder who TNT thinks they're fooling by not uploading the full image set? I mean, we know the Kougra's been updated, but they're what... trying to make us think it hasn't been by not uploading the circle images for the 4 basic colours?

Or is my browser playing up and just not showing the updated images?

Edit: Incidentally, all of the other poses (Happy, Sad, etc) are showing up as the new Kougra. It's just the circle pose that's showing the original hideous revamp...
