question: Does anyone else have a sneaking suspicion that the knife was meant for us sent by our dear, dear, dear, dear friend Mr.club president?

Well, if you're into theories, I would guess that the Lenny had a favorite evil pink meepit plushie for a reason (and a stash of "replicates" with no knives in them? for a perhaps related reason), is also guarding Altador's history for a reason, and is very forgetful for some reason (I just can't put my finger on it), etc. ;) Maybe he forgot why he lost his memory, and that was to protect Altador from some worser fate?

That Blumaroo president is another story, a conspirator but for evil, not good. He clearly is trying to suppress information, rather than the Lenny trying to remember a Betrayal he may even have been involved with.

Dun dun dunnnnnnnnn.

1. The Archivist has a name. If you're going to call him evil, at least address Finneus by his name!

2. The club president is probably not hiding the history. After all, he was excited that we were finding constellations in the first place.

3. As clues were released monday and thursday, there probably isn't one released today. Normally, there's a day or two inbetween so people can catch up, so it should be Monday at the soonest for the next clue.

4. The next clue MIGHT be in the petpet store, but I'm betting on it being in some kind of orchard. The latest clues have been more active, involving us doing something like the hero itself. (thief -> stealing the plushie; collector -> playing with money; gladiator... uh, throwing punches?)

5. On a broad suspicion, I checked the parrot. He's squawking nonsense still.

Okay this may not have anything to do with the plot, but it might--it's just strange. After I got the "Astronomy Club" I equipped it to my main pet just to see if anything would happen. I continued on to my dailies as usual and received a light faerie quest.

However, when I went to complete the quest (last night) the site told me that I was in a battle! I went to the one-player status page, checked to see if any other pets were in a battle (which they weren't) and tried again. The same thing happened. I tried logging in and out of my account and finally gave up and went to bed.

Today I tried again thinking that maybe my account was one of those which maybe got "stuck", and would be fixed after 24 hrs. No luck there. I then had the idea to unequip the "Astronomy Club", and now it doesn't say I'm in a battle anymore. I just thought it was strange. Any thoughts?

Probably just a glitch. The site went down for me for a few minutes yesterday. And today again...

The club isn't that good anyway, I only got 4-5 squares out of it, although it is amusing to swing about. And it's 2-3 light damage, 2 physical if you were wondering.

Just out of interest - In the description, the Club President 'grabs a protractor and threatens you with it every time you come near him'.

Considering a protractor is an angle-measurer, what sort of damage is he really expecting to do?

I have one that can really slice somebody up with the rounded edge.

That being said, I think he would be more effectual with a compass.

Has anybody noticed the similarity between the club weapon and a frat paddle? Just wondering if anybody else thought the same thing.

On second thought, it resembles a studded corndog.

I think they may have meant compass, but got confused, so didn't.

And, maybe we have to build a raft, sitting on the Astronomy Club badge, navigating using the Astrolabe and paddling with the club, in order to get somewhere that we need to go?

Why would TNT make the tips of the Aisha's ears, on the pet shop, clickable? They're separate from the main clickable area for the shop, but currently they just go to the shop. I'm not a computer/web person, so I don't know if this is a glitch or something that might be used later. Do you know? Same thing with the archives - three separate clickable areas currently, but all go to the same place. Any information for me, or ideas? Thanks

I dunno, he could break it in half and poke us with the shards....
As a real-life Astronomy Club president, I can say he's not representing us very well!

It's just because the archives is an irregular shape so they split it into 3 rectangles and the sign. Then I think that the tips of the aisha's ears are connected to the sign no?

When I enlarged the pet shop/Aisha a lot, I found that the Aisha ear tips are separate.

I think the Aisha's ears are part of the same Flash object; I can't really detect any seperation when I follow the ear with my mouse....
