I would also like to say thank you to this board. I try and find the clues on my own but you are always here when I get stuck. Thanks!

Tribble? What's a Tribble? - oh, it's cute. I think I'll take one home :)

so, the betrayer is one of the remaining ones. in other words, at least according to the Archivist, finding a new constellation renders that hero innocent. So, one constellation find will prove its owner guilty. otherwise, why rule out the sleeper, dreamer etc.? and because i'm sure we're going to find all of them, it would have to be King Altador himself, because he's the Hunter.

or maybe i'm just crazy. :P

I agree. I definitely think that is what they are going for-- the last constellation found will be the one who stole the history. I don't think that we were supposed to find the order of the constellations, though the majority of non-forum-frequenting plot-solvers probably have no idea about it.

That clue was definitely the hardest to find, though most of us were on the right track (with noticing the inflation changes... I kept trying to deposit that ammount into my bank account).

I'm having someof trouble with the collector. I have the constellation, but the map is making my eyes blurry and DarkFire hasn't updated her star mapper for it yet. :(

Anyone have any suggestions, or should I just wait for dark's update?

The janitor shouts, "Punch Club?! You went to Punch Club without me?! RAARGHHR! I LOVE PUNCH!! I WISH I HAD SOME RIGHT NOW!!!" He foams at the mouth and growls incoherently.

Probably just part of the randomness. My daughter got hers in an empty shop. It was the only item displayed when she refreshed.

I hate looking at all those stars. If you uncheck the first box, white 1 or whatever, all the little white stars disappear, and you can just turn them on again when you've found some coloured stars that seem to fit.

First off, don't rely on the coloured stars to find constellations. I've had 2 constellations which had no coloured stars in them, and my Protector (I know where all my constellations are now) has all small white stars in it. Coloured stars seem to be part of constellation, but constellations do not necessarily have coloured stars.

Second, please note that "thief" is not spelled "theif". As the old saying goes, "i before e except after c".

Anyone noticed that the inflation rate changes on the hour in all Altador shops except the petpet one? I've already found my Collector. Wonder if the Punch Club still moves location every hour (or has disappeared) once the Gladiator was found?

I like pie.

The petpet shop doesn't matter because it's not one of the ones that you would find the Collector constellation in. It's just like all the other Neopian shops - unaffected by the Altador plot (so far, anyway).

Main - Avinesca / Side - Cincelia

While this is true, the "i before e" rule is really rather idiotic, seeing as how many (common)exceptions it has. So don't expect people to rely on it.

· ie after c: science, sufficient, agencies, financier
· ei not after c: their, foreign, being, neither, weird, vein

And many, many more...

(I spelled weird wrong for ages...couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong...xD)

/end random off topic information.

Fully caught up with the plot this morning.

I wonder what will happen when the club overthrows their president...will he retaliate?

A lot of people have wondered whether the inflation rate will affect another one of the constellations. I say a definate no. TNT fooled us once with that. Doing exactly the same thing for the next constellation would just be ridiculous. They can catch you out with a trick once, but the same trick less than a week later would never work. Now that they've realised that we're fallable, it makes the work harder for both groups. We'll look harder and in more obscure places to look for them, and TNT will as a result hide them in even more obscure places. And shops are no longer an obscure place.

The Punch Club can still be found after the Gladiator is found......... I was looking at all the links before to see if I could find a new link....and the Graarl appeared again and took me to the Punch Club. Nothing new though..........

Ah yes, but TNT might think we wouldn't look in the shops again either by the same logic. I went to the punch club and have the same clickable combo for the chalice as when I got it the first time. I'm waiting to see if the grarrl moves next hour to another location (can't remember where he was when I got the right punch combo). If everything stays the same there once you've found it and your constellation, then shouldn't the inflation stop changing hourly in the 3 shops once you've found what you need to find? I don't know if that's very clear...

I like pie.

Could possibly be something to do with the Fauna clue- she'm the petpet lady after all.

Signature, eh? We'll see about that...
