is there any way to tell when a stop will restock? like times? or do you have to sit there refreshing for hours?

I've never seen one in the gift shop. Are they going for 200 NP or 200k NP?

They're around 200np in the gift shop (200k + is in the trades/auctions). I managed to see around 250 restock earlier but they were already all gone when I clicked on them.

they're disappearing within 2 to 3 seconds! I know there's alot of us trying to get one, but this is ridiculous. Can it really be that there are that many people with uber connections and fast fingers for typing in the number?
I've given up for the night. If you don't refresh often enough, you miss the rs (not that I've been able to get one even at the beginning) and if you refresh to quickly or too much, you end up at the least rs banned. Argh

I am driving myself crazy trying to buy 2 cards, one to send to my daughter and one to send to my daughter's best friend. I'm obsessively RS'ing at the gift shop and every time I see one I just about have a heart attack but am never fast enough to actually make a purchase. 
If anyone wants to sell me a couple for a reasonable price (like, you know, WAY less than what they're going for in the TP), and make two 8-year-old girls (a) happy and (b) stop bugging me, please PM me.

If you don't want the sidebar yourself, you could always buy one card, give it to your daughter via trades (rather than "give to Neofriend") and then your daughter could send it to her friend. They'd both get the sidebar then.

Well, you know, I wouldn't MIND having the sidebar myself, too.
But yes, that's my backup plan if I can't get two. If I can't get any, my backup backup plan is to buy my daughter a pony or something instead.

I'm seeing them for 130K and lower. I've seen a couple pop up on the wiz at 99,999 NP, but they were gone by the time I got to them.
I'm thinking the price will drop over the next couple of days as the market is flooded with them. I'm watching the market closely and will buy when the time seems right.
When I have one, I'll post here to find a recipient. ^_^

I managed to restock 4 so far today. They are in my trades now for 175k (seems to be the going price right now) If any PPT'er would like to purchase one at a discount pm or neomail me, same name as here. I don't want just anyone coming and taking advantage so unfortunatley I will be requesting that you have over 100 posts. 
Edit: Man they go fast from the TP! I just sold 2 in 5 minutes. Luckily restocked 2 more!
