What could that mean? The fortune teller gazes at you expectantly. The Mysterious Tablet sits quietly on a table.
has anyone gone back today to their faerie statue and said "I see ancient pharaohs laid at rest."? I would, but I don't have my temple map with me.
That was one of the clues from the beginning. I think it referred to the Pyramids game, which wasn't working earlier....
yeah, i remember it was an old clue, but i've already been through those steps and gotten my scroll, plus the "laid at rest" part sounded like it could also refer to the promise that jazan's father made about marrying a sakhmetian princess. i was just wondering if anyone had tried it with the faerie.

This is gonna be one of those "and it was all a dream..." endings, isn't it? lol

oh weird....i figured out why it said that....i put my scroll in my sdb and i guess the fortune teller assumed i was at the beginning of the plot. i took it out though, and it goes back to the other message. false alarm!
ps - woohoo! i got the LC avatar!

Well, I found the purple scroll in the rejected marriage proposals and read it, and I got this message again:
"The solution to the puzzle is thus..." followed by a number of strange diagrams and figures. Somehow, it all makes sense.
Now what?
Edit:
BTW, can anyone explain to me what the message on the neocam means?

There was a very badly translated game long long ago. One of the quotes from it was "All your base are belong to us". It's now become a popular phrase on the internet and neopets are making fun of it by saying "All your base are belong to me-epit"

It's from an old school video game that was badly translated called zero wing.

Does epit meant something, or could it be an acronym?
Could epit mean "enter prophecy in tomb" or "end plot in tomb"?
or is it just a play on meepit.
(ok, i've had entirely too much LDP)

To paraphrase Sigmund Freud.... sometimes a meepit is just a meepit.

Figure it this way, the last time they posted "clues" (this was the Mystery Island plot) on the Neocam they were red herrings and there was an "e-mail" to Adam that said he was fired for posting them

Thank ya'll for the info on the phrase. Now I feel like such a gaming toddler...

They...

TWO MONTHS!
They had TWO MONTHS in which to prepare for the ending. They couldn't slap together a city map in two months? The longest, most tedious, mind numbing plot they ever slapped to a finish and they don't even have the new city when it's done.
Edge. of. my. patience.

Don't feel bad, I never played Zero Wing, I'm just familiar with the phrase.
Now xyzzy... that one I know from first hand experience. You really want to feel like a gaming toddler, go look that one up.
As for the plot. I bet we don't get any poop on it till friday or monday.

Well, let's not forget- the news that was released this morning was YESTERDAY's news.... they could still possibly release today's....
