On the boards, most of them have "concluded" that it's this:

But I'm doubting it. They say it's the corner of the mouth...and that it looks "way different in photoshop".

looks different?! to me it looks tons like the avatar for the top 50 avatar collectors.. but then its to small...

There's no match in that picture (I used PSP to check). But a whole bunch of people on the neoboards have submitted it as the answer, which means more neopoints for us when we get it right.

it is close but the all the yellow is to pale for a match.. and the line (blue bit) is to wide

the blue's completely different. The yellow would match the eye part better (not the cheek)..but that's a wrong slant and color anyway..

Well, they send out neomails (you can tell about when by looking for when the next MP has been posted on PPT) tell you who won. I think you were 'thrown out' of th running because you pluralized Cellblock. I put Cellblock Clop.

The best bet is to look at the text at the top of the page under the banner and Cut n Paste into the answer box. Add some details if you wish.

I have gotten the answer wrong by putting subject matter first and *sigh* spelling a word wrong.

** um i should have checked b4 i opened my mouth.. i cant find neopet avatras on ppt and no neopet fan/helper sites allow left clicks to use their pics of the avs.. i actually meant the retired return of dr. sloth champion avatar.. i guess they wouldnt do avatars since not everyone has them? and they arent really on the site? does anyone know if they have done a avatar before in mp?
