Was looking for codestones for training, found one for 300np, and in the same shop there was a piece of a treasure map for 200np. Used the codestone and sold the map for 16,300 profit.
I just priced it at 16500 to see what shop line I was in and adjust accordingly, turned out to be worth around 30k so someone snatched it up before I could change the price to that.
