One thing I noticed is that the only two constellations not found by the constellation mapper in my are the Hunter and the Protector. This makes tons of sense plot-wise. The Protector was kidnapped and King Altador's story will be told last.

Heh. I'm not sure who actually found that out, but I'm happy to trust their judgement if they are that convinced.

First post updated with the new coord. finder link. Hopefully its here to stay.

harry- That's why you need to use the const. finder at the exact right time. Even with a mapper with a guide, you can't do it too early because TNT has made sure that its difficult to pre-map unreleased stars.

Mapping Constellations in Advance

1- Get your star data and paste it into a word processor
2- Also paste it into Constellation Coordinate Finder (keep results handy)
3- Remove everything after ,1:1! and post your Coordinate Finder results after it.
4- put an # after each constellation coordinate (leave the rest as it is)

example: -143,19#

5- put it all into Ye Olde Star Mapper

Unfortunately the star mapper is not big enough to hold all your constellations at the present. Here is mine as an example

Where have you heard that? The only whining around here is that people had to pay a few hundred NPs to get it fixed...

Aye... at the boards some people are getting paranoid and saying that you shouldn't fix it until we are absolutely sure that you are supposed to fix is etc etc etc.

My thoughts are... why would they go to the trouble of making it possible to fix it...it you shouldn't?

That Blumaroo club president... maybe he can challenge us in Battledome :D that would be funny...

And I don't think that fixing it was something bad. We can fix it ? So it's for fixing ! :)

Did anyone ever consider the possibility that the Blumaroo president is part of whatever magic is trying to stop us from finding the constellations? The same magic may be responsible for the sluggish, thrice weekly updates.

Hmmm. We were given a Broken Astrolabe from the astronomy club. Should we go to the toy repair shop and fix it?

Just a warning - the Shiny Astrolabe can be stolen... and I haven't found a way to get it back yet :(

I think that's why TNT allows you to deposit it in your SDB - so that it doesn't get stolen by the Pant Devil. Either that, or carry lots of items, so that there is less of a chance of your Astrolabe or nice shiny Astronomy Badge being pinched.

I bet all the Pant Devil wants is to be friends with the nice Blumaroo president, and discover some constellations of his own.

Thats why with the badge and the astrolabe. The smartest/safest place would to be place it asap into your SDB. So nothing can steal/zap/turn into dung type of thing.

I put mine in my Gallery, but only because I could, and I had nothing better to do.
