Yep i followed each steps without missing one. I think its that my telescope hasn't been updated with my new star data or something like that o well. maybe tomorrow it will be fixed x_X

Hmm Stooder's constellation finder can't find it at all :O somethings weird with my stars.... My telescope can only go up to 460, 460 or -460, -460 but my star data has 710, 710 :/

What I find amusing about the Dark Faerie's fire is that the flames don't quite seem to be coming from her palms. They instead sort of surround her hands like an aura. My roommate pointed out at that they remind her of the Shego character on "Kim Possible". LOL. Anyway, I noticed this with the first version of the DF, too. I think I like the flames better this way...

Go away from the telescope page and to another webpage (could be on Neopets or some other website as long as its not the telescope page). Then go into your browser options and clear out your browser cache. Then try going back and reloading your telescope.

If that still doesn't work, go visit the Lenny at the Altadorian Archives and let us know what he says. Checking with the Lenny will reveal to everyone where you are in the plot.

The updates last week ran monday, wednesday, friday, so we should be due for an update in about 20 minutes or so, if the pattern holds!

No luck here, but I had trouble finding this one myself. Have you followed all the steps? I had trouble because I didn't click on the path to make the pattern light up. Try using Darkfire's template, or this constellation finder in the first post I keep hearing about.

I have tested it, and it is good. Probably too good, if you ask me. My compliments to the programmer, but it takes almost all the effort out of constellation hunting. About the only three things it doesn't do is click your requisite links for you before starting a new constellation, automatically get your star data for you, and automatically send the identified coordinates to Neopets for you (just a little bit more code to create the proper URL and send a redirect to the browser and it would probably be able to do that too - no need to open the telescope ever again). Pretty scary. However, in the latest Neopian Times editorials, it doesn't seem as if the Neopets folks have a problem against this sort of thing (people being "lazy") on the plots.

In my opinion, Darkfire's page is good enough. Takes your effort by making you your map - but leaves you to find the constellation yourself.

I'm not going to enter into whether the help programs are good or not...conflicting thoughts.

What I AM going to say is.....why can't I see the bigger flames on my DF!? They look all small and boring like before. Have I missed something? I've completed all the steps and got all the current constellations...so maybe my personal DF just left her matches at home?

During plots you have to expect there to be alot of wild theories and people reading into things that don't need to be read into.... repository.

I really don't think the size of the Dark Faerie's flames is important. But what has always intrigued me is the large corridor behind her. I know that this is just the way in from Altador to the Hall of Heroes, but surely there is some reason why it has been drawn there
