I had some food in my inventory (a chocolate chip cookie to be exact) and it wasn't in the list to feed the poogle. What foods DO they eat?

I know they seem to like the fish from the fishing game :)

Yes, I found that, some hallways take you to a set of rooms on exactly the same level.

That isnt what I meant. If you go to a room with arrows on both sides it means that there is a room (at least one) one each side of the room you are in. What I am saying is, if you click on the right OR the left arrow it takes you to the same room. From that room, if you click on the right OR the left arrow it takes you to the room that got you there. I am not talking about hallways. Just clicking on the arrows to see how many rooms are in that row. I am looping in circles of just those two rooms no matter what direction I choose.

Is this true for every set of arrorw, or just the ones when you first enter the temple?

Because I have two rooms that do that, but they're the first two. On other levels, they don't loop.

It only happens to those two rooms on level 30 of my map. Just loops around to those two rooms no matter which way I go. I am missing my second tablet piece and my third library. I do have a few more hallways to try. If they are not there, I am afraid my temple (not my map) has a glitch.

O.o Not quite the prophecy I was hoping for...

That could be paraphrased to "The prince rises up and destroys the world". The mortal man would be the prince and a dead end sun could mean the end of the world (dead end sun could mean the sun imploding which would end the world quite quickly).

It's probabaly just random though, I'm just speculating.

Casi, you just seem to have a hallway that loops in a circle. I have 3 or 4 hallways like that on my map, so you're not experiencing any kind of glitch.

Thank you thank you thank you. I have been going crazy.

One thing about maraqua.net.. is that they don't explain how they got their "solutions" and if there's no explanation behind stuff.. I tend to be speculative of them..

I never knew how they got their symbol meanings, and that one line of prophecy from. And they once posted about decoded symbols being which riddle.. and I thought it's wrong?

Going out.. see you guys later :P

Indeed, it's all speculation at this point.

I haven't read any of my scrolls yet; don't relish getting locked out for twelve hours. I know the whole reads vs. understands thing. I think there's something to it. But since we understand after we saw the statue, maybe when we give the prophecy we (the players, not our pets) will be able to read the scrolls?

Mmm.. I love speculation.

This is my hope. Like, maybe the tablet is a giant Rosetta Stone or some such.

im having a hard time keeping up with the posts there are so many of them. i feel so overwelmed and this seems like it is going to be a rich mans quest at some point. i saw mention of cola tokens but which ones should i buy ahead of time. im really worried that im doing this all for nothing. im still waiting for my temple to open because of the library but i am going to concentrate on the parchments and go the the library tomorrow night because the 14-16 hours will take me through school.

I don't think there has been *any* indication at all that it will be a "rich mans" quest.

The neocola token thing was pure speculation. Don't worry about it.

Sure, there are alot of posts. I've been enjoying reading them all. Jasujo is keeping a nice summary on the first post of each board, as well.

I don't think you're doing any of this for nothing. If you are enjoying yourself in doing it (with a name like "ILoveGames" ... I'd think so) ... then it can never be for nothing.

This is great entertainment!

At this point, the Neocola tokens are nothing but speculation. We were trying to figure out what game we might play on Kreludor, and the Neocola Machine was one of the few things that we could come up with. You may not need the token... but then again, you might. We really have no idea, at this point.

As for concentrating on the parchments, that's pretty much what most of us have been doing. They release another clue roughly every six hours: at 1:30 AM and PM, and at 7:30 AM and PM, NST. If you need help with those, the first page of any of the posts has the clues and explanations for them, as I'm sure you've seen if you've been reading the posts.

Good luck!

Edit:
Hope nothing new and terribly important develops over the next fewhours, because it's time for me to become a pumpkin. See y'all tomorrow!

thank you guys for your support. i jsut get so frustrated when i fall behind. i know what i have to do but the temple lock outs are really a pain. i just have a horrible feeling that i needed to understand before i do my tablet but my libraries dont carry that scroll anymore which is frustrating because it was always there before i found the fairy. sorry if i sound defeating. im just watching everyone get their 5th peice and i am still locked out of the temple with out a single one.

Considering the number of symbols on the Rosetta Stone and on the tablet, wouldn't the tablet be a mini Rosetta Stone? lol

Yeah, but The Rosetta Pebble doesn't have the same ring.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but nothing happens when you fill up a row on the tablet.

My bottom row is filled up.

Sun Sep 11, 2005 5:47 am

i think we will have to fill in the tablet and then read it. but to read it we will have to understand the scroll. then give the prophecy to the fairy. but does anyone else think this might be solved before the middle of next week.
