If you're talking about a new avatar, that's not it. Just gotta have one attatch and I've seen Niptor under 100 days that gave the avatar, so it's just like the Zomutt one.
I don't think Niptors will get another avatar. =/ If it does...chances it'll be an aged niptor one that will cause inflation.
