First I skimmed this thread, and I found one thing that really confused me, so I read over the entire thing to find an explanation, and I didn't find one, so I'm hoping to be enlightened.

You said you talked to one staff member, Soup Faerie.

Umm... What?!

When I hear "Soup Faerie" I think of the owner of soup-faerie.com also known as hippiechickie_18 also known as Heather.
And as far as I know, she has never been on The Neopets Team. In fact, her Neopets lookup says she's taking a break from Neopets. If she's the one you talked to, then you're going to have to make some major changes to your article, because she's not staff.
And if by some insanity, she is staff... that would make me feel very ill.
I'll not elaborate much about her, but I will say that she was quite instrumental in spreading the rumour that PPT has viruses and spyware, and that we were shut down by TNT. It would be wise to not listen to a word she says.

And if by some bizarre twist of fate the person you talked to is a TNT staff member, that isn't Heather and just happens to have the same pseudonym, then please explain to me which team member they really are (as in, someone listed on the About Us page) and disregard the rest of this post.

Allright, I think the points on this have gotten across and this is getting to the point that some are attacking other sites when it's not needed.

It hasn't been tolerated before, it won't be tolerated now.
