Fixing maybe, but I really hope they aren't animating them. That would bother the bajeezes out of me. I hope they're adding emotions, replacing items and fixing layering issues though. All things that should have been delt with before the launch.
The customization page is blank as well. One of my lab pets just turned robot and I want to remove the casing.

So.... we know most of the Custom Clothes are bonked (if not all), but what of the PB Delux Sets. I'm assuming that you should be able to mix/match clothes from differnt colored/same species pets. Can anyone confirm this? Is there any pets in Neo that have parts of one color on a completly differnt color?

I know one of Snarkie's pets does, and I have seen some others around, but I don't know the names.

Only clothes/accesories linked to a paintbrush can be removed.

After about a week of not looking at the pets I've visited shieboo's page once again. So once the initial OMGwhathavetheydonesougly!!!111eleven stage is over, I can say that I have two major issues with the new pets:
1) The facial expressions, or the lack of them in some cases. You know, grey pets looking happy, darigan pets lokoking cute, some pets looking lobotomized (the bori, oh the poor bori) Seeing as TNT is fixing something in this area, I still have some hope.
2) The poses. Ok, here I am clueless. We all thought that the fist pose is that they can hold something in their paws/hands, but not all of them are in this position. And I really can't figure out how they made the distinction here, because for example the xweetook is on all fours and has a raised fist, but the bori is practcally in the same pose and is fistless.
And the other thing - ok, so let's say I can understand the "all pets must be in the same pose so that we don't have to draw a bazillion of versions for each clothing item" approach. But the thing is, most maraquan pets ARE NOT in the same pose as the normal ones. Sure, some just have their hind replaced with a fishy-like tail like the zafara or the blumaroo, but the shoryuu, the gerelt, the elephante - they're all very different. Plus, 95% of them look as if they're swimming. So... they COULD alter maraquan pets and make them look like thay're underwater, but they COULDN"T make faerie pets look like they're floating in the air?

I can't remove things from my pets!
My kacheek just got zapped 'Christmas' color. I removed her hat, scarf and mittens and clicked 'save changes'. The picture in the customize workspace has them removed. But when I return to the Quick Ref, all her stuff is back on again. I removed them again, etc, etc. Anyway I have 3 sets of christmas kacheek clothing in my inventory now.
The same problem happens with my Island Ruki.
Can you remove things? Did I miss something?
I also have a Grey Mynci and a Mallow Grundo that are NOT CONVERTED (phew). I wonder if having unconverted pets make customize fail.

I noticed the same thing with my Robot Shoyru.... I ended up having to keep at least one piece of the default outfit (in my Shoyru's case it was the foot coverings) in order for it not to revert.

Must be a pretty new bug. I got my Usal and Lupe stripped of thier stuff. (Pink Usal and Christmas Lupe)
Then again, they only had a max of two items, so whos to say?

I have her stripped of all that christmas stuff now.
I had to remove each item separately, save the changes, back to quickref, customize again, repeat, repeat.
My inventory is pretty full of little red gloves though.

I've had no problem customizing any pets today. This includes my Christmas Grundo whose a lab pet, a Halloween Uni, and Robot Tuskaninny. I've added and remove items with no problems at all.

Actually it's been a bug in the system since it officially came out of "beta" with the release of the new layout that seems to be occurring with certain pets, I noticed the same bug occurring with a Christmas Meerca of mine a couple weeks ago.

Is there a work-around? My stripped kacheek is still painted christmas on some screens.

Fropm the news:
All of the clothes that we have released since the launch of the Neopet Customisation are now wearable! Yay! Keep in mind if an item was released on a pet day it is only wearable by that species.
