I was bidding two codestones for a Blue Cybunny Morphing Potion ... took a month to realise why people kept rejecting my offer :roflol:x10000000000!

But I'm over that now.

k...so...I have Neopets mobile. When I first got it, I had it on my phone and I was using my computer at the same time and a page popped up basically saying (in my paraphrase) "shame shame...you're not supposed to use your cell and computer at the same time...you can either take a warning and not lose all your items or you can not take a warning and lose all your items." So I was like SNAP! No way! I'll take the warning! From then on I was SO careful about making sure the syncing and quitting process was completely done before logging back into my computer account. But just now, I absent-mindedly closed my phone literally a second before it was done and got ANOTHER warning! ACK! I quickly accepted another warning and completed the log off process and e-mailed Neopets about my stupidity. I doubt I'll get the warning back, but I'm going to be extra EXTRA careful now. DOH!

That's just stupid (on TNT's part). Why don't they simply make it impossible for you to be on both your cell phone and the web site at the same time? They can obviously track when you're on both simeutaneously, so why not kick you off of/prevent you from logging onto one or the other?

And threatening your account over a mistake (a common mistake, I imagine) is just... ugh.

I think thats probably a fake warning, like when you look at the Mystery Picture answer before it has been posted they tell you you have been reported but really you haven't. It's a joke.

I'm not fond of that "joke," either (because I have no sense of humor).

In retrospect, it probably is a fake warning.

...regardless of whether or not it's a true blue warning, it does erase anything you've just done in Lutari Island. I know because both times I've had to log out of Neopets and go back onto my cell and do it again.

When I first joined Neopets over five years ago, I was twelve years old and was under the impression (for whatever reason) that all usernames and pet names were supposed to have numbers after them. Thus, I created the account name nialliv_957 even though nialliv was available and gave all my pets three numbers after their names too.

Perhaps a month after joining, I was thrilled to have painted my Kacheek, Etuuc_564, Faerie. (Faerie PBs were around 150k at this time.) Being incredibly naive as well as curious, I fed him the Chia Transmog I had found. I Neomailed TNT in a hysterical state, and for whatever reason they were actually understanding and changed my pet back. I started labbing him later anyway. :P

But the biggest mistake I ever made was giving everything away when I quit- including my battle pet. I've been back for about eight months and worked it up to around 60 million in net worth (mostly in gallery items) and a 300-boost Codestone trained pet, but it's been hard to do that from literally 0 NP.

Neopets Username: Nialliv_957

When I first started playing I used to buy lipstick and scarfs and glasses and give them to my neopets, and I would be like 'Why arnt they working'when I looked at the image (because I thought the pets apperance would change with the item) xDD

My most embarassing is spelling my username wrong. My twelve-year-old self had issues with spelling, it seems.

And most recently: not reading the text at the LDP prize pages. I thought it meant I could have anything under 100 points, so I bought a pile of sand for who knows what reason. Couldn't buy anything cool after that. *mentally kicks self*

Just over 2 years ago, when I first started playing, I found a Plushie paint brush through a RE. I thought it was just a paint brush plushie and basically worthless. I don't even remember how much I sold it for - I don't think I want to know.
