Does this lil pet suppose to change things every time you click it, cause i have had the paw up the last 3 times.

I got that... I've also gotten where I'll give the action and it'll change to a new one... while I wait for the Check in.

It doesn't have to change.

And Here's an example, just to make sure those who are stuck are understanding this right. (If this is wrong someone tell me, but this is what my impressions are)

7:25:23- You click the Vaeolus. He's lying down head down.

You now have from 7:25:23 ~ 2:25:59 to click *WAIT*. Within this time, you can click "Check in..." and "av0=wait" should come up on the top in the URL.

At any time between 7:26:00 ~ 7:26:59, click "check in..." again, and that's the NEW status for the Vaeolus.

You now have from 7:26:00 ~ 7:26:59 to click the NEW status (note that it CAN still be the same). Click check in. And "av1=bind (for bandages)" or "av1=feed (for feed)" or "av1=wait (to wait)" something to that effect... should come up in the URL (in addition to the one before)

Repeat, at EVERY minute. Stressing the fact that you CANNOT miss a minute.

I'd personally wait to do the 2nd "check in" until you're well sure its a few seconds beyond the minute mark (and MAKE SURE you're using the neopian clock to do this... not your own)

um, if instead of clicking chen on him the second time, i REFRESH, do i have to start over?

Okay, the good news is, I finally got my constellation.

The bad news is, I used a method off the boards that I now realize is rather shady...I'm worried it would be considered "cheating". I don't want to come back to my account tomorrow to find all my stuff iced

Here was the method:

There is a very easy way to heal the Valeous. blaze_hatman discovered it, I tested it. It took me 3 minutes to heal that dang Valeous using his method.

These are the steps for healing the Valeous only, you must already have found the pie, bandages and medicine...

#1 start from the archives... (this resets your Valeous page)

#2 click the Valeous

#3 check where the title Atlador is on your page... mine was at the line between explore and games

#4 click on 'give medicine' and then click on 'check in'
you should have a bit that says av0=meds at the end of the URL
if the word Altador moved down a line then it's the wrong action
so... delete the last 4 letters in the URL and type in 'wait' or 'feed' or 'bind'
hit enter and then 'check in'
repeat until the word 'Altador' goes back to where it was originally

#5 repeat step #4 until you have av9=some action and the skeith will appear!!

For now, until proven otherwise, I'd assume yes. It is likely that refreshing causes you to resubmit the last link (feed, medicine, wait, etc) again. I've heard that it does and doesn't, but to save yourself an extra 10 or 20 minutes, just use the "check on the petpet" link.

Ack ... Sorry to ask right now while your all finding your const. and all .. but I've been looking for mine for an hour now and I can't find it first time in the plot that I've had to ask for help ... Can anyone take a look at my coordinates and give me that final push in the right direction??

Well okay, if its not cheating then you may use it at your own risk. I know it ended some very long frustration for me, for the time being.

So, I don't get it..where'd the president go? Or do we not have an idea? XP

Sorry this is so long, folks. Just thought it would be a time-saver for anyone that may still be having trouble.

1. Visit the Altadorian Docks, Farm, and Quarry until you find a wounded petpet hiding. Click on him then visit the Archivist.

2. You must retrieve three (3) items to heal this petpet. Visit the Alchemy Club for Medicine; the Colosseum/Punch Club for Pie/Food (and yes, you have to find that Grarrl again to invite you); and the Tomb for Bandages (click on the wooden bar across the door; once inside, refresh here until you see something in the far bottom right-hand corner of the mummified Gelatinous Non-Cube to click on).

3. Next you must tend to the sick petpet over a course of ten (10) consecutive minutes, administering proper treatment and consequent clicks to ensure your success.

4. Visit the wounded petpet in the Archives at the top the minute to give yourself time. You will have to perform a certain sequence of clicks every minute for 10 minutes, so make sure you will not be distracted.

5. Upon your first visit to the petpet, notice it's position and/or the URL name of the picture to determine it's requirements for treatment. They key is as follows:

Paw Out = Bandage (A)
Tongue Out = Feed (B)
Paw to Mouth = Medicine (C)
Head Down = Wait (D)

6. *Immediately* after selecting the appropriate action (within the same minute of the appropriate action for that pose), click to "Check in on the Vaeolus" (this submits the action).

7. At the top of the *next* minute, click to Check in on him again (this refreshes his pose). Perform the *next* appropriate treatment.

8. Repeat this for 10 consecutive minutes until the Vaeolus is healed and a Skeith presents you with an award which you click in the top left-hand corner of to reveal the overlay for the Gatherer's constellation.

...so I used the star mapper, and the results it gave me aren't remotely in the shape of the constellation. And only the second mapper will work for me.

Any ideas? :/

It does *not* give you the coords in order. You have to figure that out yourself What I did was put a piece of paper over my screen, then marked where the stars where and played connect the dots. Maybe not the most efficient, but worked for me! Try it
