Well, the front image is much easier to update than the behind image would be. To do the behind image, you'd have to, in effect, redo the entire the whole HoH image. And anyway, its not really that neccisariy, you can't see the back image that well.

Actually, if I as a total failure in digital arts could be able to do that in no time why wouldn't the professionals be able to do this even faster.
More over, I do not think the hoh image is done as one image, but with layers, every statue being on their own layer.
And that way it would be even more easier to change.
(And one can see the back image quite well. I noticed the flames being different even without my glasses. x__x)

I didn't think about the layering thing. Good point.

I still personally agree with lunarmonger's statement: TNT typiaclly ignores the details, like in this case, the back image.

hmmm...

Make sure you have done ALL of the steps, clicked continue each time, etc...and make sure you refreshed both your data, and the star map.

then you probably missed a step, because they make the map larger everytime a constellation is released
my map goes to 460 now, if yours doesn't then you should redo all the steps to make sure you haven't missed anything

do look more carefully before you reply, they did change

We replied within the same minute. :p

But if the change were plot-driven.. I don't see why they would change both the statue before and after anything was done by the user.

Anyway... the old statue's flames look like jelly-fied seaweed to me.

Try This:

SNak Edit: Avoid posting pics that are above 500 pixels in width. Otherwise it stretches the forum.

Actually. I'm thinking you might be suffering from a little star drift. Check to make sure you've done all the steps for the First to Rise, then try and take another look.

But again, try stoodder's lil' star finder.

I had a bugged telescope flash thing too, with unclickable stars and all that. Try loading it in a different browser (for me it bugged in FF, but loaded well in IE).

As for the flames, I can see two obvoious possibilities:
- They changed them with no plot reason in mind, just to look cooler, or
- They're supposed to indicate the darkest fearie getting more powerful, possibly indicating she's going to break free and be a battledome challenger like Razul - available to all, but defeatable only by plot followers. I wouldn't call a single boss challenger a war.
