Did you read chapter 13? I love the part where Tomos is sitting around waiting, growing more bored every second. Then he starts complaining and asking for puzzles or something to do while he waits!

You know, I agree. . .I thought mapping the temple, which took me HOURS to do, was going to be the most difficult part of this plot. However, right now It looks like the worst is yet to come. I almost prefer mindless battles against weak opponents. Hopefully they'll have some sort of fighting counterpart to this plot.

mercurius, I'm with you! I just finally got my second crystal (took 5 times trying - hate that hour long lock out). Now I have to wait for light

Looking at this latest part of the plot and how it's worded in the news, this looks to be the next to last chapter.

How on earth can this all be tied up in about a week?! There's loads of people who haven't been able to get to the second crystal. I don't like the thought that after what has to be the longest plot I've seen that now it's going to be a hurried finish just to make way for the Darkest Faerie.

If there's a plot for that, unless it's straight on battling, I don't think I'll be doing it. I have 2 very annoyed roomies cause I'm monopolizing the computer with this plot. Plus, my patience is just about done.

Oh, just an FYI for people trying to find the trap to get the second crystal? It does NOT have to be a Tep symbol. Mine was actually the symbol and color of the last scroll I read from the first crystal - for me that was fish, yellow (gold) and oval.

I read unsolved Thefts (desert scarabs) then
I read Goverment personnel records....

I read Goverment personnel records....

That's your problem. you have to read in the order they appear in your catalog. For you it's Lat, Ahn, Djo (twice).

It goes in cycles of 8 hours so unless you have a spare 7 hours in a row to try, you might need to get tricky on figuring out when the cycle is convenient for you.

I had a theory which I posted in an earlier split before we got the real interpretation, that the Sharp Eye might refer to a door in the temple with a pointed top and a Tep over it. So I thought I'd give the first of those a try and for once got lucky I suppose!

THanks for the idea that the time might be the same sirclucky - I'll give it a try. *contemplates twiddling thumbs for the next 1.5 hours*

Ok, got my light and the new colors. Hey, I see the pattern about colors. Pattern is the same as before, just some colors are mixed now.

I'm assuming that locations might be the same,but click the color of the scroll that got change. Like how mine was:
Y_YBB__RYBBRR_RY
Now it's:
G_GBB__ROPBOO_PG

Or has this theory been tested? So my G_G I go back to the area with yellow and just click the green version? *not sure*
