Well, I got it about 6:21 pm the first time. It went out but I checked again at about 10:20 and got light again.

Hopefully that means it repeats every 4 hours... I hope.
You got the same spectrum both times?

I've read two according to my tablet and the light thingy, and for both, I've gotten the message "I never knew that before." I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I'm tired and I'm grasping for straws.

I really don't know if this stuff matters or not. It all seems so random.

I tried to go back further and compile a little more, but the previous splits were so scattered, with different information everywhere, I gave up.

It reminds me of the Master Vex avie - had to study it for a very long time before a pattern showed up. There are several variables and getting them all together in one place is the only way to be sure there is no pattern. Of course, there are also the other variables people have suggested (ie. # characters in user name, # characters in active pet name, etc.) I'm just hoping that we'll pick up something with the ones that seem to be more plot related.

Funny, using your SWF, it let me put my crystal in and got flashy lights but no colors on the wall.

hehe.. I clicked on yours and it was dark.... but yes it does let me put my crystal in yours too.

I can put my crystal in and get the flashy lights but nothing on the wall. It reminds me of a movie... I can't remember the name (it wasn't what I thought it was!)

I'm sorry. Before finding the lights, I had three scrolls there. All were in racks right next to each other.

Perhaps if your not worried about order work out where all the scrolls are first and go through level by level *refreshes stupid lights*

Back for now and still no light so KAR with YRB can be added to the didn't list.

I really hope this is nearing the end of the plot--like something far out and magical happening when we figure out what to do with the color pattern. It's becoming almost like a chore that must be completed because I already started it. *Le sigh*

If you zoom in (right click)on your "city" room (after you get the light) ........ you'll see that the light is NOT coming from the ceiling......... but a light portal on the wall. Interesting!

I hadn't looked at the 3 coloured scroll stands, but I had gone to the fortune teller before I got hte lights.
so checking the coloured scroll racks isn't necessary to see the light.

So far, it doesn't seem we have a definitive reasoning for the relevance of the scrolls. We're still figuring out how to apply the lights to the books...
