1) I left click
2) look at url so I don't have to scroll down (If end&e=0&rnd=somenumber then you won nothing)
3) Right click and push B
It takes both hands. Don't move your mouse.
Repeat in fast way for as long as you can stand it.

I'm on IE and I'm basically just keeping my mouse over the back button at the top of the browser. I just keep clicking the back button and then hitting enter and I'm doing that over and over again

TimesNewRoman jumps out of the hole a few seconds later...
It appears that TimesNewRoman gained a level so they are now level 0
