3) Right click and push B
It takes both hands. Don't move your mouse.
Repeat in fast way for as long as you can stand it.
I'm on IE and I'm basically just keeping my mouse over the back button at the top of the browser. I just keep clicking the back button and then hitting enter and I'm doing that over and over again

TimesNewRoman jumps out of the hole a few seconds later...
It appears that TimesNewRoman gained a level so they are now level 0
I put the 4 in where thr zero was, I thought this was funny.

Just press backspace...
Pressing backspace means I have to move my hand around the keyboard while using the mouse and the enter key means I can use both hands and not have to move either of them. I suppose I could use both hands on the keyboard one on the enter and one on the backspace but just trying to position them now to see, they were awfully cramped
