I placed two scroll racks just now -- both times I hunted down the ID and he told me to put them on the first floor. I decided to try just dropping a third one on the first floor without asking, but I got yelled at. ;) I've placed three pieces altogether so far, and I'm already SO BORED. I hope the next step is more exciting than this!

Yeah ... This was fun for awhile ... it is getting a little old. It does give everyone a chance to place some, though. :)

I wish after placing 100 items or so ... you could become an honorary Interior Designer. :) That would be cool. You could just place your items wherever you want because you are so cool. ;0

but i wouldn't last through a hundred items! i think i'd collapse and have seizures after about 50! :o :)

I've done close to 30 total.

I'm going to scream if he tells me to put something in the basement one more time :x

My active pet's 'happy', with my other pet being 'joyful'. I don't think it's got anything to do with it.

I'm sick of the darn tables!
They're so hard to put down now because it seems like everyone has chosen to move tables! So whenever you get a nice free spot and you click, WHAM.. it's been taken. *grrr*
Maybe i'll choose the easy scroll things now.. make it less annoying.

I've done 63 so far.

The only time it gets irritating is indeed when you have to go into the basement, other than that, I've kind of been enjoying myself. :loser:

does anyone know how often they refresh the stolen furniture spots? because I am walking around with a rather large table with no where to put it on the first floor because all the table spots have either been taken or they are smudged.! ahaha I think my pet is getting a little tired

The smudged ones will turn solid every once in awhile (5 ish sort of minutes). Just have to be quick enough to get it when it does.

yah I guess i do have to be quick! i have tried waiting at a smudged table like 15 times but someone always grabs the free space out from underneath me. i guess i just dont have the proper technique. i just keep refreshing but all of a sudden there is a table there. hmmmm i can tell this is going to be very frustrating!

Going to the basement now is no big deal, though .. since the ID is right near there.

This spot is perfect for him.

The still doesn't change the fact that the basement has the worst layout of all the floors.

Agreed - I like this place, because it's close to both sets of stairs.

Of course, I prefered the original one the most ;P

You people must have infinite patience. I have placed two pieces of furniture and I have already given up. I hate the scroll sepository! At least when we were moving blocks we got to see eachothers pets and had a chance to win a prize. This just seems like pointless busy work.

i still say try the smudged spaces anyway, they are much more numerous and it hasn't taken me more than 1-5 tries to find a spot .. perhaps i have not placed as many as most of you (about 15 last count)?

if this is to be a weekend task, and all are cooperating, i do not think it is worth wearing ourselves out over it, however addicting or "fun" this redundency may actually be ..

perhaps i say this more for myself, as i hate/love it and have a hard time tearing myself away ..

*sniff* thanks for being there with me y'all :)

Same here! I just took a chance and dropped a stand lamp on the first floor, and it let me. That's twice now that I've been able to place furniture without talking to the ID. Much more fun this way. ;)

Edit: And just did it again. Now I've placed five pieces of furniture -- three without talking to the ID at all.
