Could the Professor mean Chemistry for Beginners??? I am not that far into the tablet yet... but just a thought.

Chemistry for beginners is a flash game.. so don't think that'll be the answer... but I'll try it anyway. Might as well sitting here twiddling my thumbs. It's such an anti-climax now *sigh*

Doing some random looking in the neopedia..

"I shall cower before no evil, and defend the virtue of my people against all enemies. Regardless of the outcome, at least I know that I have fought for a most noble cause."

Possible quote? This is from King Coltzan...

I think this whole different temple for everyone is brilliant for one reason.

*Ahem*

The mystery Island plot, with a url ending resulted in some of the first people using thier spare accounts to win repeatedly. That means less prizes for the honest people who followed (like me). Some bragged about doing it. Many who did it were frozen.

I think there are few to no people who would take the time and effort to map a gallery account temple.

I'm about to find my eleventh door now ;)

I finished my tablet just a little while ago. Am hoping the next chapter will come out soon and maybe shed some light on how to decipher our tablets.

Another question sorry ^^;;

Is there anyway to look back at the Parchments you've recived? Just want to know if IO wrote the correct shape down, ben looking for well over an hour and just no luck finding this door (I know make a map, I just don't egt the map makig it confuses me ^^; )

I believe that after you get a piece, the cprresponding parchments disappear. I took screenies of mine.

If you haven't found the corresponding door yet, I think you can go back and get the last parchment again.

Waiting out my time to pick up my 9th fragment (got behind on my mapping, & it took forever to locate the door for my first fragment). But I've got a question for those who've completed their tablets:

What does the Fortune Teller say at that point? It isn't in the summary post at the start of the thread.

Thanks.

It says:
I've been expecting you.

"You've found all the tablet pieces! Remarkable!" The fortune teller gazes into her crystal ball for a moment. "But what does it mean? These glyphs and their order mean nothing to me. I'm a fortune teller, not a professor of ancient languages! We must find some way to translate them. You can look at the Mysterious Tablet again if you like."

Thanks, pencil -- so that's where the professor of ancient history idea comes from!

Hmm. The Neoschool  teachers aren't professors, Brightvale has scholars though it isn't ancient, Tyrannia is perhaps too old and isn't exactly scholarly, original Neoquest also dealt with ancient Neopia; the Lost Desert, of course, is exactly the right "kind" of ancient, but doesn't seem to have a history professor . . . yet. Donna did note that the Lost Desert map will be changing.

You're welcome! :)

Personally, I don't think it's possible to proceed on for now. I'm hoping the next comic goes live either later or tomorrow :P There will be more stuff for us to work on then.. hopefully

I suspect you're right -- maybe a professor will found a center for ancient studies on the site of Brucey B's War Tent.

I don't know who said it last thread but the advisor of the princess can read those things, maybe he will come along with the map change :D
