Most of what everyone has told you should help you get your account back.
Use the form, wait for the autoreply. Then, reply to the autoreply, and keep on replying every 2 or 3 days till you get a response

They often block what they think to be 'offenders' new accounts, if they unfreeze the old one then you'll be free to make as many as you like. Alternatively, you could always make a new account with a different email address and I.P address.

and how should i change IP? even if I make the account from another computer I still will play from this one...and new account - ive worked 2 years to get tthis far!

I know it's aggrevating, but keep up. Keep on trying. Seriously. You can't just let them take 2 years away, just like that. Also, I suggest sending a snail mail to TNT HQ. That usually gets their attention.

your still in the early stages of being frozen, me on the other hand i'm way past the early stages,i lost just about all hope months and months ago after emailing them countless times in the past,but for you its not hopeless back in the day i got those stupid replys also and i also got the same bull crap reasons from support till eventually they gave my account back, so all is not lost yet

i was frozen twice and both for same reason (cheating on flash games) the first time it was volcano run (evil game) i got disconnected in the middle of playing and when i sent my score in i got frozen like a few seconds later and i emailed and emailed and i got my account back eventually

As long as you know you haven't done anything wrong and you keep at it there is a good chance you will get your account back. If you keep at it.
Someone who keeps trying to get their account back looks far more like someone who's been unfairly frozen than someone who gives up straight away. Just keep at it like people have said if you want it back. Good luck =)

I don't have their address around anymore. But, a letter sent to the company (the old-fashioned kind with a postage stamp
) might help you quite a bit. You can probably find their address if you do a corporate search in the California Secretary of State's office for Neopets, Inc.
