yeah it could be totally random. i actually make 5 glamour neggs from negg tokens, costing me around 16k each. i thought i would sell them for 20k each but decide to try out my luck. the first 4 glamour negg only yield one morphing potion but the fifth one gave me another one. so it can go either way for you.
