almost half of the neogreetings are animated, if I tell you whether it's anitmeated or not, it would be too easy.

It's very rare for it to be animated.

I just found it -- you can see it (or all the colors, at least) from the thumbnail, so it's pretty easy. Good luck, everyone.

It's pretty hard to word it wrong -- just put "[neogreeting title] neogreeting" (without the punctuation, of course).
