Actually, the RE said he stole it, but it was still intact in my inventory. From what I understand a few people experienced it before too.

I have been lurking around the Neoboards and it seems that the no RE's phenomena is bad enough that alot f Neopians have caught on to it and are complaining.
Maybe TNT will catch it and fix it soon too.
