Couldn't they try a little more?

But this isn't art, Its graphics.
All they had to do was add a few simple things like a border.

Anyway... Its been taken down, so either someone there thought it was really bad, or its offical, the entire neopets team comes to the PPT forums.

Eh, it could be improved. But I still don't agree with the comments on this thread. It's not pitiful. With the amount of things the staff there have to do, I wouldn't be complaining about one tiny blog that nobody's forcing you to use.

But.. perhaps it was a work in progress which someone left sitting there on the computer and went for some sort of lunch break.. and maybe some other staff member thought they were dont and added it O_o
and then they just found out that it wasnt done and removed it? XD
