OK, Borovan, you don't know the can of worms you just opened.

There are many, many unanswered questions. For example, if you buy from a shop having a 1 np sale, can you be frozen (such as the sale that went on in v team's shop a while back after a scammer took it over)? Can an account be shared by more than one person (such as a parent and child)? Can you submit one of your accounts for gallery spotlight, even if it isn't your main account, as long as you don't submit any other of your accounts? What exactly does "earn neopoints" mean?--In other words, I know you aren't allowed to restock on a side account, but are you allowed to resell on a side account? Are you allowed to give gifts away on the chats (in other words, a spontaneous act of giving without any strings attached--not the same thing as a "giveaway"). If a person is allowed to have a gallery and side accounts, what are the legal ways that they can move nps to those accounts--in other words, is it OK to send things to side accounts, or buy from the side account's shop, or move things via the auctions or the TP? Why couldn't I say the word "40+" in a neomail without being blocked by a filter--I was referring to my age. And why couldn't I say the word "yin" (as in yin and yang) while on my guild board?

And, hey, I have just scratched the surface here. I know that I will think of many more questions, as will my compadres here on PPT.

It is frustrating as heck to look and look and look for answers to your questions--perhaps they are stuck away in a news page from 2 years back or on the wall of shame or in a Neopian Editorial. Or perhaps, there is conflicting info out there--one area of Neopets says one thing while another area says something different. And, believe me, a lot of us have written to the staff for answers. Many of us, like myself, never got an answer. Others got conflicting answers or answers that were basically "I think it is OK" or "you probably could do that."

So, it would be so very nice if all of it were in black and white in one specific place on Neopets. Most internet sites have FAQ's--and they are extremely helpful.

And, I will bet that most of the players on Neopets would bend over backwards to try to obey the rules--they don't want to jeopardize their accounts by doing something that is against the rules.

And, as I said before, if all of the rules are in black and white, it might be easier for your staff members to determine what action warrants a warning and what action warrants a freezing--and what action is perfectly legit--instead of making up rules to suit the situation--as often appears to be the case. For example, two of my guild members recently quit their accounts after getting warnings--they were shaking in their boots just from the warnings. They moved valuables to a side account, said goodbye to precious pets, and then self-froze the account that had gotten the warning. One got a warning for over-reporting, yet she hadn't been on her account in weeks. The other got several warnings--all because she told someone on the chats the the price of their petpet was way too high.

I will consult with a few other PPTers and some of my guild members, make you up a list of unanswered questions, and PM it to you, OK? And, hey, thanks for taking the time to listen.

Maybe if you listed all the doubtful/gray areas of Neopets rules in an orderly, numbered manner, Adam would be more inclined to read through them and answer them accordingly.

Yeah Im scared and confused by long emails... you have to realise that my job is simply content nowadays. All issues with site monitoring, freezing, legal, gambling (bleh), and whatever else are pretty much out of my jurisdiction. Makes a person kind of sad that the creator of something ... anything has little or no say over what happens to their creation.

Yes, I got a warning and my guild messages cleared for typing ebay. Why? I was responding to someone else - I was looking for the elusive orange McDonald's Aisha to complete my set, she suggested ebay, I responded. Logged in next day to find a warning ... on the same day there were 2 auctions being touted on the site. So I feel that is hyporitical.

Then again, so's using certain words on the site but warning/freezing people for saying those words on the boards, guild, lookup, etc. Don't want us to type certain words? Filter/Block them.

I have written a letter - snail mail - to your headquarters. In it I gave (removing usernames) full transcripts from various boards and forums all asking the same questions re: the T&C, multiple accounts, the do and don't issues, so whoever read it could see that this is an issue. They were not then and are still not answered fully. I did receive a letter back thanking me for writing even though what I wrote was "negative". Still pondering how writing asking for a full and complete, black and white FAQ/T&C is being negative. We want full rules so we can follow them! If we didn't love the site, we wouldn't care, would we?

Pass this one on please, pretty please? People are still getting old autoreplies from Support saying it's ok to play games on more than one account and to switch days to do the dailies!

I wrote to support asking if I could enter the gallery spotlight, as that is my secondary account ... answer? I don't know, I don't think so. So I asked if I could change over accounts - stop playing any games on my current main account, leave it as is and make my gallery my main. I never did get an answer to that. That tells me there's a lack of understanding of the T&C even among staff and they're not being informed by their supervisors.

At this point I've now lost alot of interest in my gallery, since it appears that I'll never be able to enter it. And I have worked very hard on it, both in terms of np, items and visuals.

The only other thing that bugs me is that everything really good seems to be sold at Limited Too ... and there isn't one within at least 30 miles of me No car, no public transit to one and I'm disabled so I can't just up at get on the bus to get there. *snif* Guess it's ebay (GASP) for me.

You should play with the bumpers up.... it's much more fun :) i always make the people i go with have the bumpers up, it's even better when you go to one of the newer alleys and they have automatic ones which can be up for some people and not for others I seem to be getting worse the more i play tho...

I have to say tho, as far as some people go, 56 is amazing, my bro (zorg) got 17.... thats right 17... he got one 8 and one 9 and missed EVERY OTHER TIME!!!

Also, someone I know is claiming that he was frozen for having a slow computer, since it enabled him to get higher game scores. Is that possible? I suspect he was using a program.

Playing on a slow computer does help, i can only play evil fuzzles on the computer i use when i go home (to my parents house) coz it's an old one and soo slow, otherwise i die straight away.

Far be it for me to be the skeptical one but there's a part of me that even doubts it's him. :/ I don't know...I've been "fooled" by too many Adam inpersonators, and I know last time he put his forum name in his user lookup to prove it was him. Something just doesn't mesh about it to me.
