Something about this doesn't sit well with me.

You clearly have more than 5 accounts.
You hinted at having 7 poogles on one account (not sure if that is correct, since you are ignoring the questions asked by the others).
You keep saying IP banned, but you were clearly not.
You suddenly shrugged it off as being hacked.
You won't answer any of the questions people are asking you.

My nose is a-twitching. I believe you know the reason you were frozen. You just don't want to admit it here to us, and you clearly want attention and/or sympathy.

What? I never said I had 7 Poogles on one account, I dont want attention, I was frozen for something not my doing. I think someone accessed my account, but I don't know, its my guess. I don't mean to be ingoring the questions. If you think you know LupetyLupe, pm it to me.

Even though you've already ignored Alex's question regarding this, would you like to address it now? As well as everyone else's legitimate questions?

Then you must have skipped over our other posts, asking for more clarification.

We have given you advice, though I have a feeling you're not telling us the whole story.

Oh, and be prepared to wait a bit. It's been 15 months since I was (wrongfully) frozen and I haven't heard from then once.

Look, I think we've all realised you're probably not telling us something here. Such as the real reason you were frozen.

If you can't accept it, admit it, and apologize, then just move on. By the sounds of it you're quite well off (np-wise), so it can't be that hard to get some nice pets on less that 5 accounts!

Alright, this clearly isn't the place for accusations.

By losing that many pets, it's kind of obvious you had quite a few accounts. (16+7)/4 = 5.75 accounts at least. Even if you never played games on them, you're not supposed to have that many accounts. Since this is dissolving into a nasty little sniping session, I'm going to lock this.
