I got almost that exact same response when I asked a question about Neohomes (this was several months ago). If it's not an auto response, it looks like a "copy and paste" response.

I've pretty much given up on Neoschools by now. Adam's message makes it seem like they had some sort of directive from "higher up". Makes you remember that Adam and Donna are not in charge of the site anymore :(

Well, I sent a message as well, from the 'Support - Other' section. I'm hoping I'll get a better response than you did, I suppose. =x

Hi there. I have read on neopets fansites that neoschools are being delayed - even by a year or more, I think it was? I'd really appreciate - as would hundreds of others - if we could hear something definite on it. Will we be hearing anything about neoschools anytime soon? They haven't been mentioned on the News or really anywhere on the site for months.

I was talking about the Neo Commentary site or whatever it was. I'm interested in hearing their response to this, if I even get a 'real' or 'good' one.

I wouldn't be surprised if when someone tried a pickup line on someone from the support staff, they responded by saying "Don't forget to include the entire text of this e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This will help me better address your situation."

Naw, it'd probably be "Don't forget to include the entire text of this e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This will help me better freeze your account."

I agree. It's probably just a nothing response. Even if a real person did write that, they really didn't bother saying much. ;) lol

I can imagine the convo in the Support side of the office:

"Hey, Joe, what do I do if someone is asking about something new?"

"Tell them to check the News! Sheesh, some people. Why do they bother writing these inane questions?"

;) lol
