I bought every school item that costs less than 100K for one of my investments. That worked well with videos.

r u sure thats a good investment i dont think it is tnt took neoschools off teh upcoming features this im sory but i dont think theyre gonna be coming out anytime soon lol

I thought the idea of neoschools died out with the obselisk and rebuilding of maraqua, oh well, not that its that bbig of deal. I'm weary of neoboarders though, if neo sais something I know is from them truly, then I'll believe it.

lol i forgot about teh maraqua obelisk thing tnt is so bad at keeping their promises lol there r so many things they havent done yet that they said theyd do awhile ago

I bought lots of "unusual" school items, no green backpacks or chia pencilholders in my gallery, LOL!

I read somewhere where adam posted saying something along the lines of they were told to put off neoschools for the time being for reasons they couldnt say on site, but they did intend to do neoschools and people should look foward to them in the future. Like a year or so. So I'd say, come back in about 6 years and we may have our schools. ;) Does anyone know the site where he posted this?

I don't really care about neoschools, I just want the prices of school items to skyrocket in September like they did last year.

I think it's atrocious that they had the gall to tell their public that they got SO wrapped up in TCG cards, that they just didn't have the time for the plot... it's the same thing with the schools. Whatever makes them the most money will be their key project, and everything else will fall to the wayside. Let me note that they had more than enough time and energy to release their "Neopets Premium", and do their TCG tour. Ahem. Yeah.

You can certainly think about money. But their sponsors will notice (if they ever look at the site news) that quite a few promises are broken. I'm not saying wanting money is bad, I'm saying they're leaning towards immoral. They're beginning to care less for their users and more for their sponsors. And if you want to get down to it, the sponsors don't make their money. Their users do.

I am torn on the issue of either being angry with ENT, and being glad that they created the site. I hate that they are getting more and more headed toward pay to play and satisfying sponsers... and we can't forget their own merchandise. All I know is that once it gets to be pay to play, I am going to quit.

Bapanapa, the problem is the things that they just happen not to do have been hyped and are the big things that players have either spent time and money in (Neoschools, clothing). Maybe both of those two things were too broad and just couldn't possibly ever work, and well, that happens. Then you have problems like with the plot, where they've hyped it and now it's not happening, even though many of us were looking forward to a summer plot that we'd be able to spend time in and participate in.

However, I think what many of us would like is for Neopets to say that due to technical and physical limitations they can't do Neoschools. It was too ambitious and it just can't be pulled off. Instead of just pretending it never happened.

If they have officially done away with Neoschools, then they need to shut down the Back To School shop, replace it with something else, and have all the items from that shop morph into items from the new shop. Sort of like they sometimes do with promotional items when the deal with promotion has ended.

Because the school items would be absolutely useless for anything except as gallery items, and that means everyone has wasted their hard-earned NP on the junk.

Although, I wouldn't mind it if they left the lunchboxes (particularly the Lupe Warrior) and Faerie backpacks alone....

Here's an idea: Have all the notepads\notebooks turn into some new books to read to pets, and add a new training facility that can train more than one stat at a time, and make the other school items into the equivalent of codestones\dubloons for the new place!

Or...

Add a new quest NPC who asks for school items. Go ahead and close the Back To School shop, and make the NPC a short-term addition to get rid of most of the now useless items.
