Windows really are one of the true mysteries of life... how do they make a solid substance that
you can see through! It should be the eighth wonder of the world! They should be UB in real life.... IT BLOWS MY MIND!

It could be... Do you know when that article was released? It sounds like it could be linked, but I think that if this article is like a year old, it isn't that likely that the to are directly connected.
I'm almost positively sure that that Neopedia Article was released on Ixi Day this year. That could very well be that Ixi's shop.

They make one-way mirrors, too. They act as a mirror on one side, but a window on the other.
According to snopes.com, there's a port-a-john in England built from one-way mirrors and titanium alloy. This allows you to look outside, but no one can see in. Eerie, eh?

Sankara's - I've seen pictures of that bathroom. It's rather creepy. Now, several years back I went on a feild-trip to the local Courthouse, Jail, Juvie Hall. They took us in to the lineup room, and we could see through the one way mirror by peering right into it and putting our hands around our eyes. So, you could spy on people in that bathroom!

Will wonders never cease!
P.S: I'd be too paranoid to ever go there.

Neo's down, so I can't see if its on my map yet. Clone, are you talking about a double sided window, in BATHROOM?

Sick sick sick!
Yes, TNT DID say they'd open a shop for windows in n editorial. If its not the window shop, I'll bet you every item sopld from there will have the word "Mysterious" in front of it. Maybe it sells every item in Neopets only with the wordMysterious in front of it

And if it already does have....it'll be two of them
I doubt you'd sell windows on a mountain....

after reading the neopedia article, i recon it's that ixis shop to, it fits too well.... i can't wait to find out what it's going to sell!

I'd like if that shop would sell items that do weird things to you and your pets.
Kinda like Kauvaras potions, but slightly different, maybe.

There is a hotel here, with a great happy hour bar that my office frequents. It is on about the 20th floor. The women's bathroom stalls have windows. They are obviously one sided, only we can see out, nevertheless I was freaked out using it. Try to imagine it!
Anyway, enough of that silliness, I love the idea of a shop with mystery items!! That shop still doesn't exist on my mountain, and if it did, I'd surely not be buying from it yet. But one day, for kicks, I'd be willing to spend 15k on a mystery item. What fun!!!

Oh, since I just saw that, I may as well say was the my point was that if the one-way mirrors aren't in good lighting, you can see through them if you try. So I wouldn't use that bathroom! (way off topic).
Maybe it'll be something similar to the garage sale except with the code? I dunno.
Could that be the new shopkeeper for the mystery shop?

the banner for the shop is/ will be here:

it'd be crazy if it sold completely random items. like every single item could be RSed there. that would be the most RSed shop ever

Like for example, the one time you get codestones for 20k, the other time for 20 np, or maybe PBs for 10k, or maybe junk for 35k...
it could be everything lol

Yeah, it could be like that. Or like a grab bag type thing. Like..you buy a bag for 30k, and it could have up to 3 items in it. They could be rare, or completely useless. I really want to see this shop now, just to see what's in there.

After you mentioned it I went and read it. The ending is certainly mysterious enough to warrant a mystery shop, and it
is on terror mountain

I don't see why not.
The ixi's shop was the first that came to my mind too. But where is all that blue paint?
